Eligibility Requirements

To open an account and use services on Hi 77, the following conditions must be met:

• Must be a resident of Bangladesh
• Registration must be completed with fully accurate information
• Must not have any previously suspended or terminated hi 77 account
• You must use your own name and your own mobile banking account

One Person, One Account

Each individual may hold only one account on hi 77. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be suspended and all bonuses and winnings may be forfeited. Operating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method will be treated as duplicate accounts.

Account Security

Keep your account password and login credentials strictly confidential. If any unauthorized access to your account is detected, notify Hi 77 Support immediately. The account holder is solely responsible for all activity on their account.

Reasons for Withdrawal Delays

General Bonus Terms

• Extended inactivity (over 12 months)

Member's right to close their own account

Any member may request to close their account at any time. In such cases, the remaining balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded. Please contact support to complete this process.
